APPLICATIONS

The dial cylinder utilizes a 10-track jacquard pin system, with each component responsible for a specific jacquard action. This design disperses wear points and reduces the load on individual matching parts, enhancing durability and performance.

Building on the foundation of the dial-3 and cylinder-3 jacquard machine, the dial now realizes 3-way functionality. This enables both the front and back sides of the fabric to be woven through computer control, allowing for three different weaving structures. These capabilities include achieving the eye-bird mesh effect and creating a double-sided large mesh effect.

The Archimedes adjustment mechanism, driven by an isospeed spiral, ensures smooth and precise movement of the slider and the cam fixed to it. This adjustment system makes it simple and fast for beginners to operate the machine, with minimal expertise required.
