Features

Utilizing a new generation of technology, the hot melt adhesive is sprayed onto the entire surface of the substrate in a fibrous form. Activated carbon is then applied to the adhesive-coated substrate using a powder spraying device. Afterward, the adhesive is sprayed again to complete the bonding process. This method eliminates the need for traditional steps such as glue mixing, powder spreading, and hot pressing in a high-power oven. The glue and powder amounts are adjustable based on user requirements, and the system also supports automatic feeding of activated carbon powder and automatic dust removal.
