APPLICATIONS
The JFR-301 high-precision servo control warping machine, developed in collaboration with Schneider Electric, utilizes advanced asynchronous servo control technology. It is one of the most precise servo computer-controlled machines currently available on the market. Designed specifically for processing fine raw materials, the machine ensures superior quality and efficiency throughout its operation.
This machine is ideal for handling raw materials such as 15D-680D cotton, polyester, acrylic, monofilament, rayon, and other fibers. It is widely used in the production of high-quality spun yarns, plain cloth, elastic fabrics, and other premium-grade textiles.
Technical Parameters
· Suitable Pan Head Specifications : Φ762mm × 535mm (30 inches), 535mm × 535mm (21 inches)
· Warping Speed : 50–1000 m/min
· Total Tension : 200N (optimal for materials ranging from 50D to 150D)
· Action Control : Pneumatic (air source: 0.8 MPa)
· Motor Rated Power: 7.5 kW
Features
- · Equipped with a guide rail slider bracket device, offering high precision and stable pan head positioning for convenient operation.
- · Adopts advanced technology for the overall structural design, ensuring excellent steel strength, stability, and reliability.
- · Provides constant linear winding speed, with warping data recorded and stored in real-time.
- · Features a new head clamping design that prevents damage to the pan head holes.
- · Utilizes a Schneider industrial controller with Modbus485 communication, reducing interference, enhancing response speed, and ensuring stable, reliable performance.
· The intelligent computer system supports real-time monitoring and duplication functions, with automatic tension compensation based on bobbin size and raw materials, ensuring consistent tension control. This results in uniform laps, lengths, weights, and circumferences across the same group of pan heads.
