A stepper motor feeds the cotton alone, combined with professional software for parameter control. This system improves the quality and success rate of the joint. Additionally, the balloon compensator ensures proper yarn storage and perfect package quality even at high speeds.

The JGR331-type spinning box adopts an internationally advanced electronic traverse mechanism. This mechanism allows for the adjustment of winding angles, lateral dynamic differential micro cycles, and cycle variation, helping to reduce or eliminate the chrysanthemum cone yarn core. The electronic traverse system can be independently controlled for two separate spinning operations.
