WORKING PROCESS

The eddy current separator utilizes the principle of induced currents in conductors exposed to a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. A permanent magnet roller generates a high-frequency, strong cross-magnetic field on its surface. As metal enters the magnetic sorting area, non-ferrous metals are subjected to eddy currents induced by the magnetic field. These eddy currents create an opposing magnetic field, resulting in a repulsive force. This repulsion propels non-ferrous metals forward, effectively separating them from other materials.
