PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This vertical sanding machine is designed for sanding the surface of high-class knitted fabrics, including chamois leather, spandex stretch fabric, elastic leggings, Lycra, and sueded fabrics. It is suitable for fabrics used in chamois leather shoes, swimwear, elastic leggings, sofa surfaces, pants, and sports car interiors. Featuring a touch screen display and full automatic control, this machine offers enhanced stability and convenience during fabric processing. The fabric's value is significantly increased after the sueding process.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
· Equipped with 12 air cylinders controlled via a touch screen, providing full automation and synchronized control of all six sueding rollers.
· Traverse motors installed on the sides of the sueding rollers ensure 100% contact between the fabric and sueding rollers, eliminating sueding trails common in traditional machines.
· The PLC controller supports the storage of up to 500 technical parameters for easy operation and repeatability.
· Allows for the free combination of sanding paper and carbon fiber rollers, offering greater versatility in fabric finishing.
